STEP 6

Reporting, data delivery by HDD

After cDNA amplification and library preparation, we will report the quality of the library (interim report). If the quality is not satisfactory, the test can be suspended (you will only receive the costs incurred up to that point).

If there are no problems with the quality of the library, we will report the analysis results after sequencing by NGS and deliver the library together with a set of raw data.
