ImmunoGeneTeqs has entered into an outsourcing agreement with Cancer Precision Medicine (CPM) for single cell RNA sequencing analysis using the BD Rhapsody™ Single Cell Analysis System.

ImmunoGeneTeqs provides single-cell RNA-seq contract analysis service combining BD Rhapsody™ single-cell analysis system and its proprietary technology, TAS-Seq, a highly sensitive cDNA amplification method. We have been certified by Becton Dickinson Japan K.K. as a service provider using the BD Rhapsody™ Single Cell Analysis System.

Our project for practical application of scTCR technology (ReTAS-Seq method) for simultaneous T cell receptor repertoireanalysis and single cell gene expression analysis has been selected and funded by a research and development grant.
