By lysing cell samples with our specified lysis solution, the RNA preparation process can be omitted.

5' end sequencing can be performed to reduce sequencing costs.
The mRNA in the sample is concentrated by magnetic beads with oligo-dT primer attached, and cDNA synthesized by reverse transcription reaction is amplified and sequenced by NGS (5'-end Tag sequencing).

Please make sure that the sample is dry and leak-free, and send it to the shipping address below. (Available until 5:00 p.m. on weekdays)

If the sample to be sent is RNA, please send it frozen with enough dry ice to keep it frozen.
* Please send by next day except for remote areas.
